How long will it take for my products to be delivered?
Our deliveries are usually 3-5 working days if all items are in stock.
Where is my order?
You order will be delivered to you 3-5 working days from the day of placing the order online.
Can I change the address for my order placed online?
Yes. Please reply to the order confirmation email that you received when you placed the order and include the address you would like your order to be sent to. We will amend the details on your order.
Why haven't I received all of my products?
Depending on stock availability, orders with multiple products will sometimes be sent out separately in order for goods to be delivered as quickly as possible. The rest of your products will be delivered soon. Please contact email@example.com if you would like a delivery update.
Why does my receipt say incomplete?
This means that there are items missing from your order, due to them being out of stock. We have sent the rest of the items ahead so that you receive your goods quickly, and we will be sending the final products soon to ensure your order is completed. There’s an item missing from my delivery even though it states delivered, please advise.

Why am I being charged a freight surcharge?
We are temporarily having to apply a freight surcharge to all orders in accordance with our amended delivery policy. This is to cover a small proportion of the increased shipping rates that are being experienced when receiving goods into the United Kingdom. This is a temporary surcharge that will be calculated at 12% of your goods total, excluding VAT and excluding carriage. This will be itemised as a freight surcharge on your sales order confirmation.

What is the difference between fully and semi-automatic defibrillator?
There are two types of AEDs: semi-automatic AEDs and fully automatic AEDs. Semi-automatic models will inform the user if the casualty requires defibrillation and if so, will instruct the user to press a “shock” button.
Fully automatic models do not require the user to press any buttons to deliver a shock. If the AED determines that a shock is required, it will deliver the shock itself. Both types of AED will only allow a shock to be delivered if one is required.
