In April 2026, the BSI updated its First Aid guidance to include AED provision in the workplace. Workplaces with 5 or more people onsite during operating hours are now expected to provide a clearly visible AED in a cabinet or wall-mounted unit, accessible within 2 minutes from all areas where possible.
