Safety First Aid Group is committed to supporting our customers through these unprecedented and challenging times.
Since the COVID-19 pandemic began, we have seen exceptionally high demand for our products and services, from both new and existing customers, frontline health services, critical industries, educational establishments and members of the public.
We have worked hard through this period to ensure the continuity of product supply, prioritising frontline services and keyworkers where possible.
We have three clear aims:
To protect the health and well-being of our employees and customers
To ensure all partners in our supply chain have adopted new working practices that minimise risk to their workforce, and share similar aims and values dealing with the pandemic
To ensure the products we manufacture and supply, all continue to meet the appropriate standard to keep people safe
To prioritise the support for frontline establishments and keyworkers
Maintaining our service
Safety First Aid Group remains fully operational, enabling customers to communicate with us as normal.
To protect the health and well-being of our employees, we have introduced stringent policies in all our offices, warehouse and manufacturing facilities. All employees are following strict hygiene and social distancing principles according to government advice, and we have increased the working hours in our manufacturing, logistics and warehouse operation to ensure this can be followed.
All our delivery partners are operating a contact-free delivery service.
