What happens if I need to return goods:

What if I order the wrong item, it doesn’t fit or I don’t like it? You can return it for an exchange or refund. All you need to do is contact our returns department to have your returns form issued. We strongly recommend the parcel is sent using a recorded delivery method such as Royal Mail second Class recorded which will offer you the security of tracking, we will be unable to reimburse this cost. This excludes custom built items unless faulty (see below), please contact us for further information.

What if we send you the wrong item or it has a fault? Again contact our returns department first. Email them detailing the fault and any pictures to help demonstrate the issue. We will decide how best to deal with the problem and advise you accordingly. In most instances we will offer a replacement item or refund and will cover return postage costs incurred in line with distance selling regulations. It can also be likely that the manufacturer would prefer to deal with it directly. If this is the case we will refer your email to them and advise accordingly.

We do not store your card details and nor will we pass on your personal details to third parties.
