Marketing Administrator

We are looking for an ambitious Marketing Administrator to join our busy team based in Hendon. This new role will assist with the management of all offline and online activity across the group.

Safety First Aid Group is a specialist supplier of products and services to the workplace first aid and occupational health market. The Group has been established since 1959 and remains privately owned. A team of 65 staff are based at our Head Office and distribution centre in North London.

The Safety First Aid products business manufactures and distributes a wide range of workplace first aid supplies. Products are sourced globally, manufactured to demanding specifications and distributed widely throughout the UK and abroad. Our products are sold through a wide range of leading business to business distributors as well as direct to large corporate customers.

Safety First Aid Group has a delivered a solid track record of profitable growth and has ambitious plans to more than double profits over the next five years.

We are looking for someone with energy, drive, outstanding grammar and copy writing ability and sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel and database systems; team and customer focus is essential.

CORE DUTIES

  • Assisting in delivery of marketing campaigns
  • Website management and administration
  • Management of Amazon channels
  • Copy Writing
  • Producing campaign performance reports

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Marketing Executive and Marketing Manager in the delivery of marketing campaigns
  • Management of group websites including product updates, site content and website administration
  • Management of Amazon retail and seller accounts
  • Production of daily and weekly web performance dashboards
  • Assisting in the delivery of weekly and monthly e-mail marketing campaigns
  • Assisting in the development and launch of new products including product research and copy writing
  • Assisting with the production of direct mail catalogues
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Manage customer requests for product information & images
  • Compile campaign database mailing lists
  • Assisting with departmental administration
